The Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI)
January 23-24, 2010
This incredible weekend excursion prepares first-year students to take on leadership roles at USF. It will be a fun, interactive experience to help students:
- enhance their understanding of leadership
- create a comfort and desire to seek out leadership opportunities
- gain credit towards becoming a USF "Certified Student Leader"
- meet other aspiring student leaders to make lasting friendships!
50 first-year students are selected to participate. And the entire Institute is led by a team of incredible ELI Student Facilitators – successful student leaders who have developed their leadership skills and have made a major impact on campus.
